Open Exploration Time

Right here in Washington Heights… a place for you and your children to explore and play science! Storefront Science engages children through inquiry and exploration. Our open exploration areas provide kids with the chance to learn science while having fun. Enjoy family fun in the Critter Corner, on wall-mounted build-your-own Marble Racers, in the Design & Engineering corner with a variety of building materials, plus rotating areas that include electric circuits, magnets, mass & measures, recycled art projects and much more!

Now with TWO options: Open Exploration with a guardian and Drop-Off Exploration!

For Family fun it’s $10 an hour per child (grown-ups are free!)

For Drop-Off it’s $15 an hour! (ages 4 and up only, no reservations needed but feel free to email us
